Thanks for mentioning the importance of being detail-oriented in order to follow the rules and protocols as a dental assistant. My younger sister wants to pursue a career as a dental assistant. It's interesting to know how dental assistants have to listen well to dentists or hygienists to treat patients and do tasks well. I can imagine how they should also know the tools and processes well even if they are not handling the procedure to actually be of help to the experts. With that in mind, the dental assisting training sessions should have a curriculum or material that will cover everything regarding the practice.
